What do you want from New Media Studio ?
Who do you want to meet through New Media Studio?
What I want from New Media Studio; as I’ve searched New Media Studio website, it emphasizes that students from different artistic back grounds can choose this major. It also says students can study combination of subjects. There exists many subjects that I am interested in and I want to use them in my Capstone project. I expect New Media gives me the opportunity to learn new areas. I really do not like the idea of limiting myself to just the things that I’ve known before. There are some subjects that I love to learn but they are new for me, so I want this program to give me both the basic and advanced information about certain topics.

Who I want to meet through new Media Studio; since my
undergraduate degree is industrial design one of the faculty members who I am interested in listening to his ideas, is Prof. James Wronecki. From outside of ETSU,
generally I would like to meet successful artists in digital media specially
those who have a main job other than teaching at university. I want to know
more about the possible future job positions in this field. I believe getting
to know more people and their work in digital world would help me to choose my
Capstone project’s subject more wisely.
